Free Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected, and we want to make the return process as simple as possible. That’s why we offer free returns for eligible items under the following conditions:


Eligibility for Return

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  3. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Free Return

  2. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and detailed instructions for returning your item.
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the specified return carrier.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item, simply return the original product following the process above and place a new order for your desired item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Stylferbrand@gmail.com.
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details.
  3. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
