What payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available for your order are displayed securely at checkout and may vary by country, currency, and payment provider.
How long will my order take?
Stylfer products are made to order. Production and delivery estimates vary by item, production partner, destination, carrier, and season. Available shipping options and estimates are shown at checkout, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email after your order leaves the production facility. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, a wrong size or color selected by the customer, or an incorrect address. For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Read the full Refund Policy.
Do you offer exchanges?
We generally do not offer exchanges for a different size, color, or preference. When an approved claim involves a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may provide a replacement or refund.
How do I choose the right size?
Review the product-specific sizing information and measurements shown on the product page before ordering. Garment styles and measurements can differ, so do not rely only on your usual size.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the destinations for which Shopify displays an available shipping option at checkout. Availability depends on the product, production partner, and delivery address, so we do not guarantee shipping to every country.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Items in one order may be produced at different facilities. They can therefore ship separately and arrive on different dates.
