The conditions governing use of the Stylfer store and purchases made through it.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stylfer online store and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund Policies.

01 — Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the store's operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, misuse content, or use the store in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

02 — Products and product information

We aim to display product descriptions, colors, mockups, sizes, and prices accurately. Screen settings, garment batches, production methods, and placement tolerances can cause reasonable variations. Images are illustrative and may not show every minor variation in the finished product.

03 — Made-to-order fulfillment

Stylfer products are generally made after an order is placed and may be produced and shipped by independent production partners. Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled separately.

04 — Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, unsupported delivery destinations, or violations of these terms. We will contact you when action is required.

05 — Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges are shown or calculated where available. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

06 — Changes and cancellations

Because products are made to order, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after production begins. Contact us immediately with any request.

07 — Shipping and delivery

Shipping destinations, methods, charges, tracking, and estimated delivery windows are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

08 — Refunds and replacements

Refunds, replacements, order issues, and return instructions are governed by our Refund Policy. Do not send an item back without written instructions from Stylfer.

09 — Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Stylfer name, branding, artwork, graphics, photographs, text, and site content are owned by or licensed to Stylfer. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

10 — Third-party services

The store relies on third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers, carriers, and production partners. Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.

11 — Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Stylfer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms when our services, practices, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on the store with its updated date.
